Whoa! Where did April go?

It's been a super busy month--I added on even more escrows in April...and we are experiencing LOW INVENTORY! Can you imagine how crazy it would be if more people were selling their homes? I'll tell you what...I am writing offers and seeing homes get bidded up over $100k over list. Read that again. That is NOT a type-o! This is the result of not many homes on the market and LOTS of buyers. In local news, I am seeing this greatly in the price ranges of $300k to 500k....those homes are going like hot cakes!!!!
